Instructions:

2. While the blender is in motion, gradually pour the oil into the mixture. . Keep blending until the mixture thickens and emulsifies, resembling the consistency of mayo.
3. Taste the mayo and add salt or any additional seasonings as desired. Blend again to incorporate.
4. Transfer the mayo to a jar. It will thicken further as it chills.
