- Veggie patties (store-bought or homemade)
- Burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Cheese slices (cheddar, Swiss, or any preferred type)
- Grilled onions
- Burger sauce
- Tomato sauce/ketchup
Ingredients for Chips (Fries):
- Potatoes (2-3 large)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Prepare Veggie Patties:

- If using store-bought patties, follow the instructions on the package to cook them.
- If making homemade patties, form them according to your preferred recipe and cook them in a skillet or grill.
- Cook Chips (Fries):

- Peel the potatoes (if desired) and cut them into fries.
- Rinse the fries to remove excess starch. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Heat oil in a fryer to around 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Season with salt while they’re hot.
- Assemble the Burger:

- Toast the burger buns if desired.
- Place lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add the cooked veggie patty on top of the lettuce.
- Layer with a slice of tomato, cheese, and grilled onions.
- Spread burger sauce on the top half of the bun and tomato sauce/ketchup on the bottom half.
- To finish the burger, position the top bun over the assembled ingredients.
- Serve with Chips (Fries):
